小麥除馀（芒）機(jī) WheatDeburring machine

用    途：小麥、水稻在精選加工前的處理設(shè)備，防止篩孔堵塞，提高精選機(jī)的除雜效果。

工作原理：通過主軸低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的螺旋打桿及筒壁上靜止打桿不間斷的攪動、摩擦作用，將麥穗或麥殼中的小麥脫殼；將稻穗脫粒或去除稻芒。打桿的角度在0°-30°之間可調(diào)，筒內(nèi)充滿程度與摩擦力可調(diào)節(jié)，根據(jù)不同農(nóng)作物特性，調(diào)整打桿角度及筒內(nèi)摩擦力，可適合不同農(nóng)作物使用要求，并獲得最佳脫殼與除芒效果。

進(jìn)料口及出料口勻配有除塵管道快速接口，防止灰塵外溢。

螺旋打桿及筒壁勻用耐磨錳鋼材質(zhì)，使用壽命≥10年。
